Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the food was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the service was lacking, especially during check-in. Clearer communication from the staff would have greatly improved my stay. Overall, the amenities are promising, but the execution fell short in a few areas.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with my daughters while visiting Cadbury World. The location was convenient, and the complimentary parking was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, and the leisure facilities were an added bonus. However, there were some minor issues, like the inadequate tea and coffee supplies for three guests. Overall, I would return and recommend this place.
I had mixed experiences during my stay at the Village Hotel. While the location is convenient for business meetings and has plenty of parking, the dining left much to be desired with poor food quality. The meeting facilities were dragged down by uninspired decor, yet the hotel staff did try their best to accommodate us.
My experience at the Village Hotel was a mixed bag. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel, but the self-service check-in was awkward and the room setup left a lot to be desired. I encountered several issues with the mattress comfort and inadequate lighting. While the location is convenient, it's quite noisy due to proximity to the motorway. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations for a relaxing stay.
